With more than 25 years of experience in the public eye as a radio host and television personality, and women’s advocate, Donna Elle has reached connected and helped people from all walks of life. She is a Chattanooga native. At the age of 13 she became a teen reporter for Power 94 and was hired as a full-time radio personality and pursued a career in television at WRCB-TV as a reporter and Host. Donna has worked with several organizations as she created and oversaw marketing, community engagement, development, public relations efforts and long term inclusive brand strategy. Donna is also a Radio personality for Brewer Media group, and has her own business, Donna’s D.I.V.A.s where she is a motivational speaker and health coach and the author of Smoking cookies on Amazon. While Donna's media dreams have come to fruition, she has not forgotten about her mission to inspire women and families. At a young age, Donna says she was teased by many of the people around her. She was “the girl with the pretty face”, but was criticized about being overweight. She realized that what she needed most was for someone to say, “I believe in you!” Fifteen years ago, Donna worked hard to achieve a goal that she is very Proud of. With eating in moderation, a supportive group of friends and family, and exercise regimen, she has lost over one hundred pounds. Donna made the decision to help women like her, by teaching them to invest in themselves by taking their health seriously. Her biggest mentor is her mother. She is the Founder of Donn’s D.I.V.A.s workout classes in Chattanooga. She is also empowers through Motivational Speaking, Healthy Lifestyle Coaching and teaching D.I.V.A.s classes for women at all levels of fitness. Donna’s goal is “to help 100,000 everyday women to get off the couch and start moving for a lifetime!" Donna loves people. But her proudest accomplishment is raising her son Brandon.
